Mona Lou was born and raised in Morocco, studied in France, immigrated to the US, traveled to several countries, and worked with over 125 different nationalities. She has become well acquainted with how international business is conducted at various levels.

Mona is currently the Training Director at Mona Lou International (MLI), a full-service training and coaching consultancy on cultural intelligence as it relates to leadership, profitability, harmony, & team performance. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster and a certified training partner on the Lewis Cultural Model from England. She is a Board Director of the Central Florida Chamber of Commerce & The Global Women Club.
